The Leap Experience

The Leap Experience is more than a conference—it’s a movement designed to awaken, empower, and equip women to step boldly into their God-given purpose. Rooted in faith and fueled by community, this transformative weekend creates space for worship, teaching, healing, and connection that leads to lasting change.

Our purpose is to provide women with a sacred environment where they can release the weight of the past, rediscover their strength, and be refreshed in spirit, mind, and body. Through dynamic sessions, breakout tracks, and intentional experiences, every woman is given the tools and encouragement she needs to rise beyond limitations, reach for new possibilities, and reign in the fullness of who God has called her to be.

Our vision is to see women everywhere leaping into position—living free, leading with influence, and walking in spiritual maturity—so they can impact families, communities, and generations to come.

The 2025 theme, “Rise. Reach. Reign.”, captures this journey: rising from places of brokenness and healing, reaching forward into purpose and destiny, and reigning with confidence, influence, and spiritual authority.
